All calls logged, timestamped, prioritised and allocated to an appropriate service company.
The SLA of each service request is them monitored and late completions or overdue jobs are flagged and sent to the allocation staff.
Automatic reminders emailed overnight.
Satisfaction questionnaires are collected and collated and reports on service performance issued.
Another portion of the application continually monitored a payments received system and issued reminder statements to residents in the event of late payments.
